LumaLight glasses use a safe, targeted wavelength of light (around 480 nanometers/400 Lux for blue, and 470 nanometers/1500 Lux for white light) that mimics the natural signals your body would normally get from morning sunlight. Instead of shining directly into your eyes like a lamp, the light is projected onto your cheeks and reflected into your lower retina, where it stimulates the same receptors that control your circadian rhythm (your body’s internal clock).
